Young Heroes
Young Heroes is the coaching & career platform for Gen Z professionals. We help companies retain their young talent.
Achievement
Co-Founder Eva established a previous company and drove it to achieve a turnover of 1 million in just under two years, using a unique approach to coaching and mentoring their young professionals. Due to market demand and observing many companies struggle with engaging and retaining Generation Z, Eva, along with Sarah Brehm—who has extensive experience with startups across Europe—established Young Heroes to adapt this approach for young professionals in other companies. In 2023, the initial pilots were conducted and proved successful, leading to the decision to develop a platform that supports this process. The first group used the platform in 2023, and after several adjustments to the proposition to enhance scalability (skip hard skill trainings, let program run completely in platform), the new platform is set to go live again in Q2 2025. Meanwhile, more heroes are actively using the 'old' platform. This platform matches young professionals with coaches, and after this match, they start a learning journey based on emotional intelligence. Achievements: - Successful pilot in 2023 with 30 Heroes - MVP version of the platform went live and has been utilized by Heroes. - Eva was named the Most Promising Female EdTech Founder in Europe by EdTech Europe. - Pre-seed funding 400 k secured at the end of 2023 from CLA NOM and G-Force Capital. - Sales of the new product resumed in May 2023, generating revenue of €15 k in one month.
