Patent information
As a tech service company, we have had discussions with patent offices to understand whether our business could be put at risk or protected in any way against competition. We reviewed several areas of our company: core code of our solution, QR codes on gravestones, concept and ideas, name and business model. We found only one avenue for patent protection that we will investigate further in due time: our in-house AI algorithms that will help build and structure life stories, as well as our video generation solution. We anticipate starting our development by leveraging existing APIs to establish our MVP, but plan to build a proprietary AI model once we have sufficient data to train it. Only then then will it make sense to engage in patent protection activities.
