Vactise is creating an inclusive search engine that revolutionizes the hiring process by connecting organizations with job seekers based on personal stories, motivations, and job preferences for deeper, more meaningful matches.

We build a first release of our platform and run trough a successful validation program. Each month job seekers and companies signing up (with 0 marketing budget), around 150 new users per month. We have around 30 companies (med-size and corporates) where we reached the right person wo can help us to build the platform that suits the specific organization. Around 20 companies were signing up after a public articles, unfortunately we did not had the banking account working so they could not subscribe. We have a lots of interest from job seekers, organizations, recruitment companies and investors. We did validation on 3 (possible 5/6) revenue models.
