- Mid-July: Spoke with 60+ e-commerce operators; more than 75% expressed dissatisfaction with current inventory solutions. - August: Completed a proof of concept, demonstrating a 38% reduction in inventory costs. - Mid-September - Now: Launched beta and onboarded 8 pilot customers, running pilot program to co-develop and iterate on the V1 of the product. - Mid-September - Now: Identified key GTM channels based on early results from founder-led sales proces that led to acquiring 8 pilot customers.
