Achievement
We are developing our SaaS platform, with a pilot version scheduled for completion by the end of 2024. To support the initial launch of our products, we have secured four paid pilot programs with renowned corporate and public sector clients, set to begin in 2025. Our multidisciplinary team brings expertise in business strategy, DevOps, ethical AI, and behavioral and cognitive science, positioning us for success. Our primary objective is to effectively enter the market, leveraging our strategy to: Expand our customer base for both starter and professional plans. Collaborate with data insights providers like Jobdigger and utilize expanding datasets to enhance our AI models, allowing us to deliver comprehensive solutions that assist HR managers and CHROs in making data-driven decisions while fostering skills-based workforce growth and strategic planning. Establish our go-to-market strategy by forming dedicated partnerships with at least two ATS suppliers and increasing our presence in two EU countries that align with the market reach of those suppliers. Furthermore, our enhanced AI models will enable us to extend our focus beyond recruitment, offering competency-based strategies for existing workforces. These AI-driven models will facilitate workforce development through valuable data insights, empowering organizations to make informed decisions on skills growth and strategic planning by 2026.
