As a Head of Hardware Department I was responsible for: - the IoT smart farming market research (focusing on soil sensors and agriculture routers). - launching from scratch and maintaining a full production cycle of the IoT farming devices (both soft- and hardware) across the CIS and Europe. - developing a go-to-market product strategy. - securing certification of the produced IoT devices for the European and CIS farming markets. - setting up supply chains working mostly across individual agricultural holdings and distributors. - allocating budgets and internal team management. Key results: Set up ongoing production cycle and supply chains of the IoT farming devices across the CIS and Europe. Thousands of devices have been produced and sold that are now working all over the world.
